Perfect for couples and friends, up to four guests can stay between the lodge and the shepherd’s hut. The lodge features a spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind a traditional decor. The doors open onto your private deck and fill the room with natural light, and offer stunning views of the surrounding vistas.
Guests can make use of the well-equipped kitchen and all the necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals, including oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. For evenings in a delight around the cosy dining table for four, or why not dine alfresco and make the most of the beautiful views, with BBQ, garden, and outdoor seating to enjoy the evening sunset.
The lodge can sleep two guests with a king size bedroom and en suite shower room. The adjacent shepherds hut can sleep a further two guests in a king size bed, with en suite bathroom including shower, WC, and basin. Guests staying in the shepherd’s hut have use of a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Just a couple of miles from the nearby town of Bude, the beach at Widemouth Bay is a wide expanse of open sand stretching nearly two miles, with lots of rock pools to explore. Pronounced as ‘wid-muth’, it’s a great base to explore the North Cornwall and Devon coastline, with easy access to the Southwest Coast Path for walkers. Only a short drive away are the historic villages of Tintagel and Boscastle, steeped in legends and folklore.
