Overall it was good, but I noticed two problems. 1st. our room was positioned towards the Boulevard and it was loud. 2nd. the cleaning in the bathroom was not very well done, it should be done more carefully out of respect for the visitors,

Looks can be deceiving!
The room was hot due to Air Con not operating. The bathroom sink had a number of cracks on it, the shower base was very grubby & the veneer on the toilet seat was peeling off it. When I plugged in my charger for my phone, the electricity in the room blew, so we had to get assistance from reception. Once reset, none of the sockets worked. They did offer us a change of room, however by that point we were really tired from the journey & also had unpacked.

The room was very small for three single beds and not clean. It was dusty, with dust mites under the cabinet, the beds, and in the bathroom, especially in the shower and on the toilet brush. The shower hose was heavily worn, and the showerhead had black mold spots and limescale on some nozzles. The temperature control did not work, so the room was extremely hot, over 30 degrees Celsius. The only way to sleep was with the window open, despite the noise from the street, and this was in November. Das Zimmer war sehr klein für drei Einzelbetten und nicht sauber. Es war staubig, mit Milben unter dem Schrank, den Betten und im Badezimmer, insbesondere in der Duschkabine und an der WC-Bürste. Der Duschschlauch war stark abgenutzt, und die Duschbrause hatte an einigen Düsen schwarze Schimmelflecken sowie Kalkablagerungen. Die Temperaturregelung funktionierte nicht, sodass das Zimmer extrem heiß war, über 30 Grad. Man konnte nur bei geöffnetem Fenster und Lärm von der Straße schlafen, und das im November.

A Delightful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitra , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and friendly service. The check-in process was a breeze—efficient and hassle-free, which is always a great way to start a trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety offered was impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring! As for the accommodations, the beds were incredibly comfortable. I sank into the plush mattress and enjoyed restful nights that left me feeling rejuvenated each morning. Overall, Vitra provided a fantastic experience with its attentive staff, easy check-in, delicious breakfast, and cozy beds. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Besonderen Dank an Herrn Bayram, der uns herzlich empfangen hat und für all unsere Fragen immer bereit stand. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Harika bir otel. Temiz odalar, harika kahvaltı ve çok iyi bir personel. Ama Bayram beye ayrica güler yüzü ve misafir perverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutlaka yine geleceğiz. Teşekkürler Vitta Hotel
İki gün olan konaklama planımızı üç güne çıkardık ve bize bu konuda ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik, kahvaltı, personel hepsi 5 yıldız. Türk olduğumuzu anlayınca Türk kahvesi ikram eden sıcak kanlı işletmeciler, güler yüzlü personel ve en önemlisi metroya dolayısıyla şehir merkezine yakınlığı harikaydı. Zaten Budapeşte 'ye birkaç günlük bir gezi planınız varsa bizim gibi 72 saatlik biletlerle sınırsız toplu taşıma hakkı elde ediyorsunuz. Bizim küçük çocuğumuz olduğu için burdan 750 m uzaklıktaki metroya bile otobüsle gittik. Durak otelin önünde. Metro yürüme mesafesinde ve yine altında büyük bir market olması da harika. Çocuklu çocuksuz herkese tavsiye ederiz.
