"We were so impressed with this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Monika, in particular, was so helpful and delightful to us throughout. Even whilst having some decorating being carried out on our stay, we hardly noticed any upheaval and the rest of the hotel was lovely "

"There were no staff to speak off that we saw, other than the restaurant and they were great. Though this was not a problem. It was super easy to get to our room. There was not much in the area but again this was not an issue for us because the metro was a short walk. The hotel room was clean and spacious - I traveled with my two teenage daughters and they really enjoyed the bunk bed. They also loved the Nutella pizza in the restaurant! Will stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
