"We happened to be at the Mondi during the storm Boris. We were very comfortable and warm, and enjoyed the bar and restaurant. We especially enjoyed the view of Lake Grundlsee and the mountains with snow."

Hotel employer was really nice and helpful in giving us maps, tips on how to get around and what to see, his cheerfulness and helpfulness really made the stay for us. Dinner was included, which we didn't know, so that was a nice surprise. This is a rustic and idyllic ski hotel, including the sauna, the breath-taking views and the wore down board games. I'd go here again."

The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...
