"Beautiful property, with absolutely incredible views. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t speak any higher about the employees. Some elements of the room could be modernised a little but it’s an old building. We had one of the 2 story rooms with a courtyard and Mountain View from one side and then a Mountain View the other. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used and was very surprised at the amount of water pressure at such an old building. Spa area...

"Cozy, right by the slopes, easy to find walking from the train station. Hotel employer was really nice and helpful in giving us maps, tips on how to get around and what to see, his cheerfulness and helpfulness really made the stay for us. Dinner was included, which we didn't know, so that was a nice surprise. This is a rustic and idyllic ski hotel, including the sauna, the breath-taking views and the wore down board games. I'd go here again."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...
