Plenty of room to spread out - kids had their own level with bunk room, bath, TV and entertainment room. Water in cove is very shallow, so be mindful of that if renting a boat. Owner responds very quickly to any questions."

Small piles of dust and dirt where someone had swept in the master bedroom but had been overlooked when getting them up from the floor. Stairs, couches, and chairs needed attention. Quite a bit of what appeared to be white dog hair on several of these surfaces. I understand "pet friendly " , but this was excessive. "
