Amazing propriety for large families
We all got together to watch the eclipse and visit Bryce. The propriety was perfect for both. The view from the main room was amazing and the proximity to everything was perfect. We walked to the shuttle into the park

House was amazing, everything we needed. Cozy great to hang out. Back yard was great for a fire everything was there for us. Playroom was fun and entertaining. Rooms were very nice comfortable. Everything was so close to home, restaurants, groceries, and park. Amazing. Thank you.

Great family reunion location
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for the 80th birthday of the matriarch of my extended family. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon were very close and convenient to explore. The neighborhood was quiet and the view from the large backyard was amazing. The house was clean and big enough to gather all together at times and also to spread out and not always be on top of each other. We'll come again sometime!

Great location and backyard!
We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location for Bryce Canyon.
We were 10 adults who enjoyed this large roomy home which is perfectly located outside the Bryce Canyon Gates. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the TVs great. Self check- in was efficient. I spoke with the owners on a couple of issues and they are planning a make-over shortly which will greatly add to this property.

50th wedding anniversary family reunion
Our family gathered for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration and the house was perfect for us! Lots of comfortable bedrooms and gathering rooms. The kids played basketball and netless volleyball, and we sat around the fire pit at night. There is a pool/ping-pong table that was a huge hit with the teens! Bryce Canyon is right there, so hiking and exploring were lots of fun. We had a wonderful celebration and reunion!

Large Home great for Big Groups
Our family of 14, which included eight adults and six children nine and under stayed at this spacious retreat home for three nights and four days. Home was well stocked with plenty of dishes, kitchen items, and two sets of washers and dryers! With bedrooms and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, those that needed quiet or separate schedules could be accommodated. Very helpful. This spacious home is within walking distance to Rubys General STore, a quick drive to Bryce Canyon, National Park, and other scenic sites are within a 30 minute drive.

Amazing location and so much fun for a big group or family reunion!
I can't imagine a better spot for seeing Bryce Canyon at its finest. We were tucked right up in the trees just to the North of Ruby's which has a lot of fun activities. The entrance to the park was right there as well. There were some great 4 wheeling trails that took off right from the house which we had a blast on. The house is PLENTY big. The kids played downstairs and out back on the basketball court while the parents visited upstairs. We all had a great time! Oh and the views out the back of this place were spectacular. I could've spent hours on the deck with a book. Definitely renting this again for next year.

Wonderful for our family reunion!
The location of the home is the best—so close to Bryce Canyon and the amenities at Ruby’s Inn. The home was great! Lots of space for our large family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra tables and chairs we used and the outside picnic tables and chairs gave us room for all our meals. The fenced in yard was the best for our whole family. We brought a pickleball net and used the basketball court for many family games. The swings and play set were enjoyed by the grandkids. The guest contact—Kami—responded so quickly to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this home to anyone going to the Bryce Canyon area with a large group. Also, if you want a great place to eat—the Pizza Place in Tropic was amazing!

Perfect location
Beautiful home with an incredible view. The house was the perfect size for our group of 13. Ample room in the kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. The kids loved the downstairs game room and basketball court. Best part was the location. Just a short drive to everythiing you want to visit. Owners were extremely helpful with information regarding the area and activities. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here.

Great location and size for a large group
The location is 10 minutes away from the entrance of Bryce Canyon which was great. It is also situated near Ruby’s Inn and a general store to pick up food or other items. Through Ruby’s Inn you can book horseback riding, ATV, wagon rides, rodeo and country music and dinner show. Although I like more modern rentals, The home itself was clean and large. We liked the big backyard and basketball court. The property manager was very responsive when I had question. We had a great time! Thanks

Amazing location with lots of room
Spacious property with gorgeous views. In town but the hilltop location makes you feel out of town, so it is the best of both worlds. Our family of 8 had more than enough room to spread out. This was an excellent base for seeing the canyon, going to the rodeo, shopping and sight seeing. Communication with property managers was clear and prompt. We will definitely be back.

Amazing experience!
We had three families together for a long weekend, age range from 18 mos up to 40s. Plenty of activities to entertain kids when parents were resting from all the hiking we did. The owners were very quick to reply to questions while here at the house. This house met every need we had and exceeded our expectations. Location was great, just a short drive to amazing trail heads. We would definitely stay here again and have started talking about our next adventure here.

This place was big and accommodating for our group but needs a good cleaning
This house needs a really good scrub down. It smelled as if cats had been there. Everyone’s allergies were out of control because we are all allergic to cats. It just had that lingering animal smell. The carpets were filthy, the couches were filthy, the walls were visibly dirty, and we made sure we wiped everything down before we used it. It is large, and close to the park. Just wasn’t very comfortable due to the smell and dirtiness. We still had a wonderful time with our family. Bryce Canyon is absolutely beautiful. This house could be a great rental place if it was REALLY deep cleaned.

Bryce Canyon retreat
The house is large with plenty of room for a large group and it is sooo close to Bryce Canyon. We loved being in such close proximity. It also has a great yard with swings that occupied our small grandchildren - a great plus. I wish I could give the house a raving 5 stars but I can’t due to cleanliness. The house is in serious need of deep cleaning!!!! The counters and beds were clean but door frames, walls, tops of curtains , fans and floor boards were all extremely dirty and dusty. The attached counter chairs are grimy to touch and look at. And the faux plants above the kitchen cabinets are terribly dirty and dusty! The return air ducts were dark brown with dirt. If this house was sparkling clean with a new indoor paint job which it is also in strong need - I would give it 10+stars.
