« The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again. »

« We absolutely loved Duck Nest! Not only was the property wonderful, but the owners were exceptional and very communicative. We stayed here with our brother's family (2 adults and 6-year-old) and our family (2 adults and 6-year-old) and it was the perfect set up. The owners left out snacks and the house was superbly clean. We enjoyed our morning beverages on the deck with the lovely view of the lake. The kids had a blast hanging out together (cousins - one in Tx and one in NC)with the bunk room...

« My family of 5 stayed here while my husband took at class at Rellis. Perfect distance from the school & food. My kids loved the house, plenty of beds. Very comfy. Only complaint would be the washer it shakes the whole house when it runs lol. Other than that it’s perfect »

« Property was perfect for family of 4 trip to College Station. Clean, comfortable and great hosts! »

« Nice little condo. Quiet except for neighbor who decided to have a conversation outside at 5:30am on speaker phone. The only thing I would change is that there is so much stuff in the condo—plastic plants and fake plates. Hard to find a work space. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The tiny house was so cute and very clean. Was a little cold outside when we stayed and the house stayed super warm for us. Shower was great and stayed nice and hot. Outside area was exceptional. They provided a nice little seating area with a firepit and a grill. You can take a nice walk around the property and even see the longhorns. We will definitely be back! »

« This was a great stay overall. There was a minor issue with the hot tub but the owners came out and fixed it that night.I also got a message from the owner saying there was a chargeback filed that wasn’t and that she was going to file a lawsuit against me after we left if I continued with my “so called chargeback” that never happened. So that has been concerning. »
