"We had a super three nights stay and the property had everything we needed. It was hot when we were there (heatwave), so we had to keep windows open overnight. Barking dogs from a distance away, so unavoidable, although annoying. Quite typical in rural Italy though. Owners friend, Monica, spoke very good English, sobwe had no problem communicating. Great find!"

"Spacious, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and really good communication! Would just warn those looking to book that this property is at the top of a very steep hill with lots of steps (about 12:15 mins a walking) and taxi driver was unwilling to take us up to the top due to narrow streets. "

"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. "There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"Our large group utilized the entire villa. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The villa is in a quiet area. A little walk down the street for waterside restaurants or pastries and coffee in the morning. And the walk up the street, it is easier than it looks, to the Seiano station makes it easy to get to Sorrento. We enjoyed our stay and Fabio was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with insights about the neighborhood."

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."
