"Property has been totally renovated in an Art Nouveau/Deco style with the finishes across the entire hotel of a very high standard. The rooms are very well appointed and the public areas - bar, lounges, dining areas - finished in a sophisticated manner reminiscent of high end hotels you would find in London and Paris. I was pleasantly surprised it had an indoor pool and a gym with a wide range of equipment including a range of free weights, strength machines and treadmills. The staff are very attentive - friendly, efficient, professional and accommodating to your unique needs. Across all of the services (bar, dining, room service, check-in) they were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent location, close to shops and The Oval. Comfortable bed. Rooms may look dated but are well maintained and clean. Shower was awesome, excellent power and temperature. Air con was okay, but a bit noisy and not as cool as I’d like. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing, with a massive selection to choose from, with great barista style coffees too. Would definitely stay again. "
