"I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to park by the front door to unload our things, and quite nice to walk out the back door and be on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was tiny, but I didn’t cook the week we stayed there. The condo needs some TLC. With a few small repairs, some paint, and a little updating, it would be a real gem."

"We absolutely loved the resort. The location was very convenient. The condo was spacious and clean. The beach theme decor is wonderful. We were a little disappointed that the shop with ice cream, Starbucks and gifts was closed for the season. The construction going on in our end of the building was noisy at times is you were on the deck but that could not be helped.We will most definitely be back. *****"

"I have been staying in Beechwood Villas since 2012. I really loved the location of building 5, which is one of the closest to the beach access. I was a little surprised that this unit had no washer and dryer, as most of the units do have them. Also I was surprised that there were only 4 towels to use for a 3 night stay. I would recommend bringing your own towels if you stay here."

"This property was such a blessing, true to its advertising. The king-sized bed was perhaps the best bed I have ever slept in, sans at home. The space was spacious for my wife and me and provided the perfect amenities for our stay. It was a short 5-minute drive to the Seaside area, about 7 minutes to Watercolors, and a short 5-minute walk to the public beach. Publix shopping was just a few min drive and had everything we needed for the weekend. If we return to the 30A area, we will definitely...

"The condo was exactly as described, very clean, wonderful location, right on the beach. We loved having sliding glass doors in both the living and sleeping areas. We only cooked breakfast there but we had all of the utensils, dishes and pans that we needed. We did leave a small beach umbrella in the laundry closet.
