"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

"The swimming pool is shut because they are doing a complete rehab. Love staying here!"

"Overall the quick stay was fine. Only issue was breakfast was supposed to last till 10 on a Sunday and the staff was clearing out, putting up, and unplugging the food at 9:30-9:40. Had to ask for several things that they had taken and put away. If your breakfast is posted until 10am, leave it out for the customers until then. A group of firefighters staying at the hotel didn’t get much of anything because it was all put up. "

"Knights Inn is a little old fashioned (think a mix of 70s & 80s decor) but I found it quaint & very quiet! We are extremely tired of all the noisy chain hotels & this was a very nice change. "

"The property is well out dated. Needs some fixing up. They still us the key system. Do didn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. This place is more for people that need a place to stay long term. "

"The pictures on the web do not do this property justice. It is simply wonderful. The service and food were delightful. We would definitely stay there again."
