"There were issues with the mini fridge (was not level, so the bureau would not close without lifting the door). There was also a fire in the housekeeping laundry room and smoke and smell of fire permeated the hotel. I still am impressed with the staff and their willingness to assist. "

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

"Knights Inn is a little old fashioned (think a mix of 70s & 80s decor) but I found it quaint & very quiet! We are extremely tired of all the noisy chain hotels & this was a very nice change. "

"The property is well out dated. Needs some fixing up. They still us the key system. Do didn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. This place is more for people that need a place to stay long term. "
