"This was my first time starting here and it definitely will not be the last that was very friendly for being on the coast it was very clean very little to no rest for mold like most Coastal properties are guaranteed to have and I think my most favorite part is the shower everyone always has very low water pressure very cheap shower head and they have the best water pressure with an amazing shower head. I will be staying here again"

"This motel is in they style of the old motor inns with the covered parking and chairs to sit outside. Cool retro mini fridges in the room. Everything was super clean. This is no frills, so don't expect a pool or free breakfast, but in exchange you get a clean room at an affordable price, perfect as a base camp or a place to crash when traveling through. The Mexican restaurant next door was wonderful. The owners were really nice, and their Star Wars themed painting in the lobby was cool."

"Comfortable stay. Bathroom could have been cleaner and there was blackish mold on areas of the tub as well as discoloring on the floor. Its an old motel but for the night it was comfortable enough. "

"I expected sunny weather but at the turn of a dime it was cold and raining quite a bit. The pool room can’t be closed and the roof’s got some openings as well. Due to this it left the pool room quite cold even though the pool was nicely heated. The room was clean. The beds were okay. The front desk staff were friendly and the property was fairly well kept. "The exterior of the buildings have deferred maintenance that is obvious. However, the interiors were very clean and comfortable. The view from the ocean front room was fabulous! The ocean is just yards away from the porch. Breakfast had a load of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining options are limited and close early during the week in Brookings. Great coffee shop in the Harbor, The Bell and Whistle, we highly recommend."

Beautiful view and convenient location

"We really enjoyed our stay at this ocean front home. The location is perfect for exploring the redwoods, beaches and the many hiking trails in the area. It is convenient to Fred Meyer for supplies and groceries. Also there are many good restaurants close by. The fresh rockfish at The Catalyst was delicious! We also loved the pizza at Zolas. The home has everything you need, is comfortable and the view is out of this world. Had a wonderful vacation! Thank you. "

Lovely House

"We stayed for a week as we explored the Redwoods. Lovely house. Very clean. The only thing to note is the house backs up to the mainstreet of town so if you're a light sleeper you may want to being a white noise machine. Overall would recommend and stay here again."
