« pourri, je suis arrivé à 22.30 plus rien à manger pas de service en chambre, bar ferme restaurant fermé. Aucune solution proposé. apres avoir insisté on m'a ouvert le snck corner pour acheter des chips !!! la chambre moquette ancienne odeur d'humidité. le lendemain matin pas d'ascenseur j'ai dû descendre 12 etages par les escaliers avec 50kg de bagages. je n'y retournerai jamais. »

« Long wait for check in. After waiting long finally got a room just to go all the way up with all of my stuff to the room being occupied. Got a different room with no working tv remote and Waited over an hour for a remote to be brought to my room. Staff was friendly but the waiting periods were ridiculous. »

« Nice although alot if strict rules, they do not allow pets as stated on Expedia, staff has strict rules to extend or rebook before 11 am or else you wait downstairs to check in again til 3 pm. Nice hot breakfast. »

« Booked online and ran into problems with that. But the staff was more than patience and worked to figure out the issue. The hotel is being remodeled, so it still had work to be done but the completed part of the hotel we're very nice. There is no smoking and a fine will be applied. But pets are welcomed. There is a security fee that I didn't know about. But the staff lowered it security fee to accommodate us. The staff is really what made the stay nice they had so many problems but they...
