"We stayed at Maria’s before and after a week of sailing. We chose it for the central location. It was much nicer than expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us wonderful recommendations. The rooms were much nicer than the pictures on the website. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely beautiful property with a great happy hour vibe and laid back surfer feel . Rooms upgraded and look amazing with all the thought out features . Only downfall when we were there was the construction drilling . But management was graciously offering refunds to those affected . Sadly we were not able to be refunded because we booked with Expedia "

"Absolutely terrific! A smaller resort which made it more warm and friendly. Terrific staff who were so helpful and kind. The food was first rate and our room was absolutely beautiful. We had a hard time finding any faults. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"Sebastian's immediately felt like home away from home! Every employee was welcoming. We went to Tortola to visit a friend and her first recommendation was for us to stay at Sebastian’s- once we checked in we knew why! Besides the hospitality, the AC and water pressure worked amazing ! We appreciated the fact that they wanted their guests to relax at the beach, so because the water was rough, they were willing to bring us to Smugglers Cove. We were so appreciative! Also, best banana pancakes EVER ! My husband ate them 3 days in a row. They also made sure our friend who visited for a day, as well as us, always made it safely to the airport or ferry. Extra shoutout to Joey, Malcolm and Duane- they made the experience !!! "

It,s close to West End to pick up ferries or charters and not too far from Road Town either. The property is beautiful with lush, tastefuly landscaped vegetation and great views of the water."
