"Hotel is a bit outdated and the equipment in the gym is squeaky and not in great shape but the property is beautiful, staff are lovely and pool and hot tub area is wonderful for kids to play and for adults to relax. Would stay again."

"I was upgraded as they overbooked. First upgrade they offered did not have lakeview which I specifically booked but the room manager did a great job and got us a spot with some lakeview. Moved up from King suite to 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was more than Expedia pricing by $125 but then they waived daily parking fee of $40 per day so all good. We were very happy with service, included breakfast and all amenities. Super location. "

"Great front desk staff. Would love a breakfast inculded or a discount for the two restaurants attached to the hotel. Room was nice. The bed sagged on one side and you'd fall off. Coffee machine was broken. Staff was good when we mentioned it."
