"I had a great experience with the customer service, and the food was satisfactory. The area was quiet, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the bathroom could benefit from some updates, particularly the tub. The slip-resistant covering on the tub floor was not very clean underneath. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would suggest considering the installation of walk-in showers for improved accessibility."

"Everything was fine. Stayed due to concert at the XL Center. Was excellent that you can enter the XL Center from the hotel. No need to go outside. Parking was $19 that hotel had stamp parking ticket or else it would’ve been per hour. The only thing was our shower curtain was not long enough for the shower rod (length wise) also we couldn’t figure out the heat. Felt like the temperature stayed on cool even though we turned it up. Not sure if something was wrong with it. But we only stayed for the night of the concert so we didn’t complain. Overall would definitely stay again."
