Good setup for my family of 6, having 2 rooms joined by an internal door. Very affordable. Does the job for somewhere to put your head down for a night. Need to BYO portacot if you have a baby, though.
the photos online are photoshopped, the room smelt of urine, the carpet had what looked like large blood stains all over it, It was just nasty.
Dirty. To charge over $170 a night is disgraceful..
Great meals at the Acacia Ridge Hotel, accommodation is a little outdated & ordinary.

Not a family friendly site, too much smoking around means really terrible. Room was full of smoke smell, floor carpet dirty and full of stains, lock was broken, Heater wasn't working well like seriously throwing cold air even when the mode is heating and temperature was set to 25 did tried max heat 30° but still chilling all four nights. Terrible, Don't waste your hard earned money and spoil your precious family vacation time.

It was good, especialy the pub food, older style hotel but all goog
The place was full of drunks and druggos. The smell of weed filled the air as you walked to reception.
Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower was terrible, door didn’t lock properly. Air con turned on but did nothing.
Food was good from the bistro.
The cold shower tap patched with silicon and hard to turn. Front door buckled and hard to open and shut. Aircond didn't work properly. No clothes hanger in wardrobe. Carpets badly stained.
It was easy to get to and not too far from the airport, which was my main priority. Also, relatively cheap and you get what you pay for. It was adequate for my needs...the essential things were clean but it was old and a bit shabby. Not great for people with bad knees...lots of stairs. There was a loud domestic argument happening in one of the rooms nearby which went fairly late into the night. All in all I would probably stay again if I was flying out of Brisbane.
Room was not very clean, pillows were lumpy and unusable, beds were old, lumpy and noisy. Bathroom was not very clean and had a metal cover under the basin that was falling off showing a large hole. Carpets were dirty and the room smelt strongly of deordoriser. There were a few small cockroaches in the room. The outside area is not very nice although it was relatively quiet. The air conditioner worked well, but the only window you could open was the bathroom.
