"This cabin was a nice cozy cabin with enough sleeping room for the six adults we had plus we had one more bed for a single. It was located where we needed it to go further north or to go into Duluth. It was great. We came back one day and there were just four deer roaming around the property and the other day when I woke up there was one peeking in the window. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend. If I was gonna stay at Christmas, I would bring Christmas decorations....

"December did not have snow, but we managed to enjoy some muddy hikes and beautiful scenery anyway. The VRBO was very comfortable. We arrived after 5:00 and it was pretty dark on the steps to our unit. Other than that, everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had two trucks/trailers full of atv’s, the driveway is pretty steep in one spot but we hauled in and out without trouble. Great relaxing environment in the cabin, sauna gets nice and hot and the lake makes a good cold plunge. Hosts were very responsive. You’ll enjoy it."

"I booked this place because i had family coming over from other state that wants to experience winter here in cold Minnesota. They were very pleased with the place. They wanted to experience walking on a frozen lake and they got to experience that. The lodge has a good space for everyone. The only thing negative was that the loft/attic room was very cold because we did not use the portable heater that was provided.. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in this place and we would like to see it again in the summer. "

"This cabin was a nice cozy cabin with enough sleeping room for the six adults we had plus we had one more bed for a single. It was located where we needed it to go further north or to go into Duluth. It was great. We came back one day and there were just four deer roaming around the property and the other day when I woke up there was one peeking in the window. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend. If I was gonna stay at Christmas, I would bring Christmas decorations. It made me want to stay through the holidays and decorate and hide from the world. A little bit was like my little bit of a Hallmark movie"
