"Very clean hotel with an amazing pool and outdoor area. However, the rooms are very outdated and the service could be better. This hotel overall doesn't feel as luxurious as other Four Seasons I've stayed at."

"The staff was very friendly. I checked in after midnight as my flight was delayed and the front desk lady was incredibly kind and said I could even continue to use the amenities the next day (I was only staying one night). The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the air conditioner or some other unit in the room turned on about every 20 minutes making a loud noise. I would stay here again and look forward to trying the amenities next time "

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"

"Checked in and out was as easy as I thought it would be. The pool area was nice and clean with a nice view. There was nice restaurants in the surrounding areas, Unfortunately I wasn’t able to check the dining area from the JW Marriott because of my tight schedule but I would try in the near future."
