"We spent a week at this wonderfully appointed home with our adult children and grandchildren. It was absolutely amazing! Lots of fun things for the kids to do at the home because of the large fenced in side yard and access to Lake Michigan. There are quite a few steps to get to the lake but they are manageable and the lake is just breathtaking plus the home offers two nice kayaks and lots of sand to play in. "Bayview was perfect for a girls getaway. We were on the water, and the view was spectacular. The place had everything we needed and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners live in the unit below and couldn’t have been nicer. They had a large yard, and in the evening we would go out and watch the sun set and the moon rise. During these times, we visited with Deb and Dan and played with one of their dogs. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return. "

"The cabin is exactly as described on VRBO. We had a little difficulty with the lockbox (probably because both my husband and I have arthritis in our hands). The lake is beautiful and peaceful. "Great location and nice view of the bay. Temperature of the loft was 60 degrees upon arrival and took a long time to get to our desired temperature. Probably due to heat source being a heat pump. Once loft reached the desired temperature everything was fine. Opportunities for improvements would be a snow shovel to clear snow off the steps and sidewalk to our vehicle. The salt provided was frozen solid and useless. "

"This property was so thoughtfully stocked and prepped with everything you could possibly need or want. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. No wifi was only rough on my 9 year old daughter the rest of us agree it was not an issue. Our only gripe is we couldn’t stay longer. You will not be disappointed "

"This was the perfect place to stay for a winter getaway to the beautiful U.P. The location is minutes from the grocery and a nice central home base for hiking and sight seeing. The house is huge and can accommodate up to 8 adults. There is ample cooking space and the owners really made us feel at home with the small details and amenities they offered! Definitely worth the booking. We’d love to visit during the busy summer season! "
