"Both my wife and I were looking for simple accommodations for the weekend. We were interested in what an off-grid accommodation would be like. This fit the bill perfect. The bedroom cabin was comfortable. We did not take advantage of the "outdoor" kitchen but it seemed to have everything one would want to make meals. "We loved staying here! It was a relaxing and comfortable little getaway! The animals wandering around were so fun too! Lots of great little places in the area to explore (i.e., Cowichan River, Zanatta Winery, Chemainus River Park). Definitely would recommend!"

"My son loved feeding the fish in the lobby, it made this location very memorable for him. We loved the calm quiet vibes. The only negatives I would say is that they charge extra for the underground parking (but I think most places do now). Also we struggled a bit with the temperature in our room but having balcony doors opened most of the day really helped. Also important note is that there’s no restaurant so you need to walk or drive to get breakfast which we didn’t mind but we did not know....
