Wow our stay here was incredible! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone in the hotel spoke English which was not expected but definitely a plus. The location was great, very close to metro. I forgot to book an extra day and they were expecting my room for someone else, they called me very politely to tell me my things were still there and helped me find a new room somewhere else because they were fully booked for the night. They even accommodated transportation offering various routes, helped me gather my items. The bartender Amelie was also so friendly and helpful during our stay, she got us a reservation to a restaurant that was fully booked. She gave us tips on places to visit and helped me figure out the metro (I had never used the metro before) all while serving delicious cocktails! I will definitely return to this hotel. 10/10 recommend!

Second time staying here. Had a surprise view of the Tower. Sacre Sucre and the whole town, amazing to say the least. It looked like they are renovating the halls and stairs, not once were we bothered by noise or dust. Would definitely be back there!!!

Very pricy but the hotel was excellent! Customer service was fabulous! My room exceeded my expectation in every way. I’d definitely go back.
