"Lovely little property, staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay. Property is well situated with very easy access to Times Square."

"The room was large and the washroom was modern and very clean. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside were broken. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. There was no way to contact the front desk, nor the manager by phone in the room- nor was the phone number on the website correct so you physically had to go to the front desk. There were new staff members on the front desk every day- we only saw one person more than once (we stayed 4 nights). There were no...

"Overall this hotel is fabulous. The location can't be beat. Neither can the staff. They were all so amazing and helpful to me as a "first-timer" to NYC. You're not going to find frills in this hotel, but what you will find is a very clean and easy to navigate hotel. The only issue I had was the bed. The mattresses could definitely use an upgrade."
