Nice condo, very dry air( humidifiers in the closet), shuttle system phones went down, short walk into town but coming back all uphill(it was exhausting), TV could have been set up better(hard to tell what channels available), but overall nice stay.

We had two adults, one in king bed and one on pull out couch Was spacious enough for us. You could fit more ppl but prob couples would make sense. The kitchen was amazing, fully stocked with pans, utensils, this was key in the morning to hit the slopes faster. Overall great, would recommend

Not worth the money
My family and I stayed at Beaver Run for the location and for what we thought was going to be a nice room. We were wrong for sure. A very outdated room that didn't have the cozy mountain vibe you would like after getting off the slopes. The room was very uncomfortable, from the couch to the bed, no one in my family could feel comfortable. The entire room just seemed like it needed a good deep clean along with a major update. The sink area was super low and when I was in the shower it seemed like I was going to fall through the ceiling. To top things off, the view was of another building at Beaver Run. I just assumed with the room costing what it was that I would have a view of the mountain. As we would walk down the hall and see other suites from their rooms being cleaned, you could tell they were in much better condition. I know in the future I will make sure this never happens again and for the owners, I would be ashamed of how your looks and is kept up.

Reason I rated online information poorly
I debated renting a car from Denver airport or taking a shuttle. Decided on renting car for I was told a parking spot comes with the rental. Only to discover once I get there it is $36 a night so ended up paying another $144 dollars for four nights. Should have chosen the shuttle. Poor communication on my phone inquiry.

Extremely convenient
As described, located steps away from the base of peak 9. Ski lockers hold 2 sets of skis/poles & are just at the base. If you want to ski other peaks, there are connecting runs/lifts or you can take the shuttle. Dining options within the resort are limited at night as Spencer’s is pricey and the pub only has pizza. We did have a full kitchen though & there are many restaurants within the village which is within walking distance or the shuttle can be used. The unit was okay only. One of the windows was shattered & taped up. It overlooks the tennis court so not much view. Some of the lightbulbs were out. The biggest issue was the thermostat. We had them look at it & they said it was fixed but it was not. Basically, it was too warm & the thermostat indicated the correct temperature that we set it at & the correct temperature of the room but they never coincided….alway much warmer than what we set it at.

Great Location for Skiing
The location is great at the base of Peak 9. Great for family with indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and arcade. The little ones were in ski lessons and the location cannot be beat as the Beaver Run ski school is at the base of the units. The location to main street is also very close. Peak 9 base is not as happening as the other bases, but this is not necessarily a bad thing.

True ski in/ski out property. Everything was extremely conveniently located to include ski rental, ski school, lifts, ski lockers, parking garage, restaurants all located on property and located very close to main street, which is easily walkable with kids. My birthday weekend
Overall staff was very very nice and accommodating especially EMMA! BUT....you have 2 racist bar tenders... woman and a tall slim guy....walked by my husband several times without even acknowledging him...( he's a black man)....my husband was so upset he walked off came up to me outside and said let's go! I SAID NO....WE PAID OUR MONEY TO STAY HERE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! When I got to the bar the female bar tender runs up to me apologizing before I could even say anything!!! I guess she saw how upset I was.....and tried to smooth everything out! The gentleman bartender fixed me a drink and then threw the napkin in my hand cause he didn't want to touch my hand i guess. This was the only bad experience we had. Everything else was absolutely gorgeous!!! But pls change the toilet seat in the restroom it was stained with urin.
