ENTRANCE – LIVING ROOM
When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you'll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you'll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs, and you'll see your door to the left, labeled #4. Let yourself in to your living room, where you'll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps. You also have access to your private patio space, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the refreshing mountain air.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Ahead of the living area, you'll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you'll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You'll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker. To the left you'll see a large window which lets in a lot of natural light.

BEDROOM
This cozy bedroom will include a queen-size bed and flatscreen TV. This room also has access to the en-suite bathroom.

BATHROOM
Your en-suite bathroom includes a washer/dryer, a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

STORAGE CLOSET
This condo also its own private storage closet, labeled #4 and located just around the corner and down the hall. This is ideal for storing your gear, in summer or winter!

There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.

We enjoyed our Stay in Breckenridge
This flat was new, updated and clean. It is a little further from the main street activities than I thought, but the walk isn't too bad. You can also walk to the grocery store nearby and take the trolley down main street. We had a strange issue with the ceiling fans, they would turn on without us doing anything. I feel like another unit had the same fans and they were turning ours on, just a guess. There is a nice balcony to sit on, but I think the railing is too high. It offers privacy but also blocks the view. One of the curtains in the bedroom was too small so there was a gap on either side that let light in. There is also a hiking trail that starts in the back of the parking lot if you are into hiking. We did some hikes over by the ice rink whre the troll lives. Overall it is a very nice place and I would stay their again.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this place. Great place as advertised, and walking distance to everything needed. Weather was perfect, eating was good, only feedback is the shower head needs to be replaced but compared to everything else we will definitely visit and book again next year! WELL DONE!

The unit was great. Plenty of space for me, my husband and our son. I had the impression that the building abutted the downtown and was disappointed that it was farther away. However, we had a great trip and have no regrets.

Overall, this was a great condo and a good experience. The only issue I had was that the location on VRBO map puts it a full block closer to the historic district than it actually is. It shows it on the south side of the grocery store but it's really north of the grocery store across the street.

The perfect place
This is a hidden gem of a condo in Breckenridge. Within walking distance of the gondola, near the grocery store, adorably appointed, and sparkling clean, it was a pleasure to stay here. I look forward to going back and would absolutely book here again!

Ideal location!! It’s a five min walk to bus stop. Five min drive to the main Gondola. Everything within reach, grocery, liquor store, ski shop. Close to Main Street. Great spot overall! Downside: NO elevator and needs Keurig!

Breckenridge Stay
Very Nice clean comfortable and great for a 3 day stay. We were very fortunate to see snow falling each day which was a real plus for us as we are from the south. The flat is on the second floor and there are no elevators. So if you have heavy bags it is a bit of a chore getting them up. We really enjoyed the heated floors especially in the bathroom. Wish there was a better way to humidify the rooms. The air is very dry. All in all a great stay. We love the winter in Breck

Great location for a modern take on Breck
This was a great location and very clean easy to access place to do whatever you want in Breck. I wouldnt attempt to sleep 4 as that fold out couch experience is not made for more than toddlers but a young family might be okay. The kitchen had everything we needed and its modern appliances made cooking very simple for all of us. The managers were able to answer any questions quickly and helped us navigate our stay no problem. Enjoyed our time there and thank you for the location.

Read the fine print
There is no 'mention' of an AC in this unit because it doesn't have one. The windows don't provide any good air flow so this unit is extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. Mgmt would not give us our money back so we left after the first night and booked some where else.
