Short walk to Quicksilver Super 6 Ski Lift at the Base of Peak 9 and kids lessons area. 50+ yards to shops, restaurants, coffee, wine tasting, Riverwalk, Maggie Pond, hiking, HOT TUBs, heated pool, mountain biking trails and much more.

This stylish 2 Bedroom plus Master Suite sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, ski locker, trash chute , garage parking (1 space assigned, additional guest spots available on first come first serve basis and additional paid parking nearby) with elevator access. This unit also has a huge oversized back patio. You will fall in love with all this unit has to offer: plush leather, slab granite counter tops, top notch floors, stainless steel appliances, 3 TV's with cable, wifi, fireplace, luxurious beds, humidifier and custom lighting.

Kitchen is equipped with all standard items plus a Keurig with free coffee, large coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster, chef's knives and pans. Patio has furniture and lots of space for the kids to play. Bathrooms are equipped with all standard items plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There are also 4 outdoor hot tubs and a pool with locker rooms located just southeast of the building.

Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

*Pool and hot tub are closed from 10/29/2022 to 11/10/2022. Rates have been decreased by 30% during this time period.

Wonderful stay
This VRBO was absolutely wonderful- so nicely updated, spacious, comfortable beds, and great patio. Bathrooms had all the necessities and more! The location cannot be beat- it’s about a 10 minute walk into town which was so convenient. Keith was so easy to communicate with as well. Would totally stay here again!

Springbreak Skiers Paradise
My family and I stayed this March for our spring break. We had not skied in Breckenridge before so we went in blind with this Vrbo. We had a great trip as the location is perfect! We have two kids so it was a great size for our family of 4. We loved that is was on the first floor and close to the laundry. So easy to walk into town and also be close to Peak 9 for skiing. Highly recommend!

Super convenient
This place was great. Much more space than the photos suggest, kitchen was well stocked, and we loved walking everywhere! Its such a pain to find a parking spot on Main street. Honestly you spend less time walking almost anywhere down main street than you would spend finding a parking spot. Definitely made it on our list of places we would stay at again (its a small list, so that says a lot about this place) Thanks again!

Perfect location for our ski week!
We had an awesome stay at this Unit! The owner was super responsive both before and during our stay, and the Unit was clean and well-stocked - it had everything we needed for our two families (2 adults and 5 kids/teens total). The Quicksilver Lift was a short walk away, which made for easy access to/from the Mountain. What was even greater was the quick access to Town - less than a minute walk before you were in the thick of the shops and restaurants. Absolutely perfect location for us! We look forward to coming back!

Great location for skiing and walking to town!
Beautifully decorated condo that is walking distance to town and skiing. Lots of sleeping space. About a 5 min walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Parking in the garage (and the extra spaces) was easy. Great hot tub that is shared by other condos. Keith was very responsive to messaging and instructions for check-in/access to amenities were clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Really GREAT location and GREAT heated pool and hot tub!!!
This 2 BR is perfect for 2 families or our family of 4 plus Grandma. Walk to downtown and the slopes in a few minutes. The hot tub and pool are a short walk around the corner and REALLY great! Super hot pool and hot tubs. The kids had a blast and it was relaxing. The owner is very reapinsive and helpful. Will rent again for sure. Amazing stay, wish this was my house! ❤️

This was the perfect condo for a fun stay in Breckenridge! Our family of four enjoyed our stay so much. The condo felt very roomy, was perfectly clean, updated, and well equipped. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the building is quiet which allowed for great rest after a full day of skiing. An easy 5 minute walk to the lift was the icing on the cake. We enjoyed having the ski locker as well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evening. We can’t wait to book this condo again! Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful place, great location!
Keith was easy to work with and very responsive. We LOVED the layout of unit 105... everyone had their own private space. It's basically a 3 bedroom unit. 1 bedroom was a little small but private. We loved the location! We went for a hike and found ourselves at the ski lift within minutes... we will definitely stay here during ski season. It's a peaceful/quite area but so close to all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Mountainwood 105!!!

Attractive family condo in super convenient location!
This condo delivered everything from its listing. We were initially attracted to it from the attractive photos and the convenient location to the ski lift. However, we did not realize until we were there how convenient the location was to resort restaurants and Main Street. We had ample room for our family of five; we had extra bedspace we did not even need. This unit is conveniently located next to the ski locker, trash chute, laundry room, and elevator. Very quiet building; no noise from neighbors. Only drawback was the community hot tubs were a short walk away and not next to the building, but it ended up not being a big deal. Owners were good communicators. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Fantastic Property Close to Downtown
We stayed at this condo over the Memorial weekend and had a blast. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 (though there is enough beds for plenty more!) and it was very clean and easy to access. The pool and hot tubs had just opened for the summer as well so that was an added bonus. There were pool towels in the unit for us to use and the kitchen was well stocked for the few times we ate in. The complex is just a short walk to the south end of mainstreet in Breck so it was super easy to get around. Only complaint I had was that there were two check-in emails and both of them had different access codes to the complex and pool, so we had a challenge at first figuring out which one was accurate. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks Keith and Kira!

Perfect location and accomodations
We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids (8 months - 12 years). When booking thought we might be cramped but that was not the case. We all had plenty of room in this beautiful condo. Everything was decorated beautifully and they thought of everything from how the kitchen was stocked to all of the hangers for ski clothes / coats / etc. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the huge sofa and gorgeous kitchen. The extra room that is 'part of the master' was a life saver so our infant did not wake up the toddler. This is really a 3 bedroom!! The ski lift was a quick walk (less than 5 minutes with ski boots on) and getting home was even quicker since you can ski right to the bridge. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minute walk as well - we never took our car anywhere after we arrived (the heated garage parking was a huge perk too). Keith was so helpful before and during our stay and is the perfect host. He even allowed an early check in on the same day they had other guests checking out which prevented a huge meltdown from our 2 year old. We will definitely be back!!!

Summer Stay in Breckenridge
We had an amazing time. This condo was perfect for our family….clean and well stocked with all the basic needs. The owner was really great with communication and clear/easy check in/out instructions. My only constructive criticism would be to make it more obvious that the 3rd bedroom does not have a closing door…but rather a curtain. While the two bedrooms were enough for our crew, I might have been frustrated with more people if unable to utilize the 3rd room without noise.
