"Hot tub wasnt warm."

"It was a really nice property. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed prior to arrival- we were running late. I didn't have a contact number with me to call to let them know. I tried to call- first time I called I had a very nice person tell me that he was going to text me direct number. That did not happen. So about an hour later I tried to call again to get that number and a rude man was on the phone. He did text me the number but was rude and hung up on me not allowing me to talk. Overall was a great experience except for that."

"We found the bed to be extremely comfortable, the front desk to be understaffed but very friendly, and the morning continental breakfast to be quite nice. Only constructive feedback would be to enforce the adults-only pool hours during late night."
