"Everyone was super nice and super clean!"

"Nicerooms and very comfortable beds. Very fair price for the hotel during off season (February). Breakfast buffet was good overall, just didn’t like how they offered corn syrup for the waffles instead of maple syrup. Nice pool area. Didn’t like how there was no bath plug in the room, so I spent a while searching for one and eventually gave up and called reception. They told me this was normal and they’d have someone bring it up right away. I was anxious to get it so I could give my son a bath and give my husband a break as he had a flu and needed to rest. I was too tired to take my son out after having been at Disneyland for many hours. Unfortunately, about 30 mins came by but no one dropped off the bath plug. I decided to call reception again, and they apologized and told me they’d remind them to bring it to me again. After at least an hour someone delivered the bath plug. It was stressful because if anyone knows little kids they can lose interest in something quickly so by the time I got the bath plug it could have all been for nothing. It would make more sense to just leave the bath plug in the room. "

"Third time staying there. Great stay. Breakfast is great, 24 hr cappaccino machine. 24 hr water machine. Early check ins if available. Crew there is always amazing and helpful. 2 big pools, 2 hot tubs, and a toddler pool. Pools didnt seem to be heated, but the hot tubs were. Highly recommend!"
