"Great resort, but there was one downside: construction was ongoing, and our afternoon nap was interrupted by hammering and machinery. I’m not sure why those rooms next to the construction site were assigned to us. That was the only downside during our stay."

"The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND "

"Area remota e um hotel mais antigo. Internet poderia ser bem melhor. Porém a área é magnifica no meio da natureza. E a área da piscina é boa. Apesar que a água estava bem suja e precisa urgente de manutenção diária. "

"Vou dizer que o hotel se torna maravilhoso pelo atendimento desde a recepcção e os demais colaboradores. Comida otima. Lugar incrivel para estar com familia e amigos. A Capela é muito linda e a casa de Pedra é um lugar de muita paz. Houve uma festa Country no sabado 22/03/25 com muita musica, alias o cantor tinha um voz incrivel, e muita comida tipica. Salas para leitura, monitores bem animados, um otimo lugar para contato com a natureza. Eu super indico "

"Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, fui pra descansar e aproveitei muito minhas estadia desde a minha chegada, colaboradores extremamente e educados, prestativos, comida maravilhosa, quarto super confortável, roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa, o meu foco vai para o tio Bigode que esbanja alegria e simpatia e pra o pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos. "The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin. "

"As refeições eram boas a estrutura do hotel também, a acessibilidade para quem tem crianças é meio ruim, pois as ruas são de paralelepípedo, o que dificulta muito utilizar carrinhos. Uma rampa de acesso para chegar a piscina também ajudaria bastante, fora isso é um bom hotel. "

"Great little pousada with mountain views, pool, jacuzzi on site restaurant."

"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."

"A very down to earth place. Clan, cheap, simple. Good breakfast, friendly people, but no English. Nice garden. The pool was not tempting at all."

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The best part of my stay was my room and soaking tub. Everything in the hotel and surrounding area was affordable including a massage on site at the spa. The fashion mall is a few yards away. I was able to get an adapter for my phone charger there. I also was able to book a tour through the hotel, this was cheaper than the other sources I was looking into. Overall, I’d recommend and return. "

"This place was where romantics come alive. If you are that type of person there is so many things you can do here with your significant other whether it’s prepping for proposal or anniversary or first time travel trip. I had such a good time with my now fiance and would love to do it all over again. Divirta-se!"
