The Space:
Step into Just Beachy’s ground level entryway via convenient keyless entry and make your way to the cheery, beachy living room. Relax on super comfy seating, including a recliner, and take in the airy, spacious room, drenched with natural light and easily accessible to the patio through sliders.

Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 45" Smart TV with basic-cable channels. Access popular streaming services using your own log-ins. Or play supplied board and card games.

Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the Keurig coffeemaker; you’ll find several sweet spots around the condo to sit and sip it.

Dine at the special table that expands to seat 2, 4, or 6 people. You’ll also find two supplemental barstools at the kitchen peninsula. Or dine outside on the covered patio at the table for 4. Grill using the shared condo grill in back of condo building. While you’re outside, relax and socialize in the umbrellaed patio seating area – and enjoy the golf-course view.
