So Much Space.

Great place for a Family get-together
This house was perfect for our extended family of 18 to spend the week before Christmas. The house is spacious with generous living spaces and a great game room and kitchen upstairs and down and a pool table. It's location is really good, too, close to many of the big Branson attractions. It wasn't cheap, but being able to fix meals there and for the other reasons listed, we felt it was definitely worth it.

This property was perfect. Itvwas like 2 houses in 1. Rooms are all big and cozy. We had 18 in total ranging from 8 months to 50 years. Everything was exceptional. Property is centrally located to all the fun Branson has to offer. Would highly recommended this place

Amazing property. Everything was perfect. There was six older college friends. Each had a bathroom and wonderful living room to watch a movie in the evening. The deck was a peaceful place for morning coffee. Very clean and neat.

What a great stay
Great location, wonderful house and it’s awesome views and wildlife, needs to have more utensils for guest, cups and cooking things, garage was very hot where game room is located could add a mini split a/c to it, upstairs master suite mattress is very uncomfortable, but this is just me nit picking, honestly a great place to stay. I am giving it 5 stars still.

Beautiful home for large groups!
This house is well designed for large groups with 5 “master king size” bedrooms and additional bunk beds for 9. It is a modern, well maintained home with many “bonus” features like a very large playroom that has every indoor game imaginable. Seth, the manager of the home, was very quick to responds to any questions or concerns that we had. Our group wants to have a yearly visit to Branson only if we can stay in this house!

Great layout
We had 3 separate families stay here, totaling 12 people (6 teenagers). The spacious layout was great and the game room was perfect for all the teens. Location was so close to everything and it was so clean. Only complaint is that it’s not very well stocked for a large group, especially the kitchen. Cooking was difficult due to lack of decent sized pans. Overall tho, wonderful stay!

This house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and very clean!!! We enjoyed the sound from the creek when we went on the porch. We also enjoyed the game room and had a lot of space for a lot of people. The beds are very comfortable. Is close to everything but you feel like you’re In the woods and definitely fell like you’re in vacation, and the view of the sunsets are spectacular! I also had a very good communication with the property manager and the check in was easy. I will definitely go again! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Great memories at the Summerwood house in Branson!
We came up for a dental conference bringing family, staff and close friends. It was a full house! Everyone slept comfortably with almost all bedrooms having their own bathroom, or were suite mates! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, as well as the downstairs kitchen. We enjoyed playing games in the game room as well as taking walks around the neighborhoods and some of us even went to the creek, which was right behind the house!! The house is conveniently located to the stores being just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future.

Branson Vacay 2023
The house was huge, plenty of room. I was surprised the showers were so small based on the incredible amount of space in the bathrooms. The house has very unusual odor which was a little bothersome, it may be cleaning supplies, smelled mildewed as well, definitely unpleasant and overwhelming. There were also a lot of spiders and bugs I get this part of the country has a lot of those but you need to have way better Pest Control when renting a house out, the first thing we saw in the kids bunk room was huge spiders on the wall two of them, so then the children were afraid to sleep in there we had to really coax them. Whatever the floors are cleaned with needs to change that was a very yucky feeling. It was very greasy and slick. The game room is really great for the kids but again spiders in the corners need to be cleaned out! It would have been nice for those couple of things not to be present it just makes you uncomfortable in the home over all the house is great.

The very best host ever!!!
This is the best house to stay at for anything when you’re in the area. The host treats you like family. Not to mention how the home is decorated. My daughter is obsessed with the kitchen. It gives you that home feeling. I suggest you book this for any upcoming events or just a get away. If I had a question about anything she was there to fulfill all my needs. She has been a huge blessing to my family and I can’t thank the host enough. Sooooo nice and love vintage!!! She loves to check in to see if there’s anything wrong or what she can do to help. I have not one thing negative to say about this home besides book and don’t just look.
