The pictures on the website did not line up with what it actually looked like. The inside looked like it was remodeled then left to decay for 30 years. The room was fairly clean although there was mold damage everywhere. The bathroom had toenail clippings on the floor which looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. Overall, not great. I will say, though, that the staff all seemed very nice and accommodating.

Don't be fooled by the exterior. I was hesitant upon arriving the building is obviously not new but has been well cared for. Small hickup with checking in however john was very nice and promply found my reservation and checked us in. The room was beyond expectations. 2 balconies very large room with comfortable bed. We had the king suite which i highly recommend the jet tub is amazing. Sitting room had some wear to the furniture but was cozy and clean. Pool was unfortunately heatless, while they await new heater but after 30 min in the hot tub we took a polar plunge anyway. Definitely would book again.

Flooring was coming up in places it was so old and we had to leave a day early due to illness front desk was called from the room per their instructions when we checked in was told ok thanks for letting them know we we’re supposed to have received our receipt per email and we still have not received it 2 days later

This property is old and outdated. Carpet in the room was old and dirty. Wall trim was coming off in several places in the bathroom. No lock on side entry doors where most hotels use a lock that has to be open with a room key. I will not stay here again!

We were told that there would Meals available in their restaurant on-site however once we got there we were informed that their restaurant was closed and was closed all weekend also also we put the tag out on the door to have fresh towels and room service and when we got back we didn't have clean towels or anything else I will not stay at the Best Western hotel again

I felt safe, it was super quiet and really clean, this is the only one in the Branson area that DOES NOT SERVE BREAKFAST, they have a restaurant in site that serves breakfast for $12 a person, it's not worth that much

The room was fairly dirty. Trash behind the toilet paper on the holder, pubic hairs and other hairs in and around the bath tub. Dirty carpet in the corners, poorly vacuumed. The beds were hard as a rock, so hard in fact that my pregnant wife couldn't stand another night so we left early.

We recommend avoiding hotels.com due to their track record of false advertising. The room we booked was not the room we received, and neither hotels.com nor the hotel was willing to resolve the issue. Hotel staff have stated that this is not the first time hotels.com has engaged in false advertising... Thanks Hotels.com. hotel needs some updates and repairs. Bedroom was not cool enough had to use a fan to push air form living room to cool the bedroom. Bathroom needs some repairs some left over condoms left in one of the drawers in bathroom. Brighter lights are needs feels dark in the room tvs are tiny
