This three-bedroom three bath home is an ideal location for a weekend or week-long vacation from your daily routine. The home has an upstairs with two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a spacious living area with a gas fire place and a completely modern kitchen. The downstairs has a bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom and a living space. There is an enclosed elevator to assist you in moving things to the second level.
You can relax on the screened river view porch upstairs or enjoy the open-air patio downstairs. There is direct access to the river via a sidewalk that leads to a deck above the river. From the deck you can walk down a secure ramp to a 24 foot aluminum floating dock. An added feature is a two car under house parking area.

Suwannee River rest not only is located on the Suwannee River but it is close to the Santa Fe River, Ichetucknee Springs and River, Little River Springs, Troy Springs and Bob’s Place at Rock Bluff. For those of you who enjoy activities not based on the water there are great hiking and cycling opportunities available. Keaton Beach, Steinhatchee and Horseshoe Beach on the Gulf of Mexico are just a little over an hour away.
In addition to the availability of the lodge, Captain arrangements can be made for guided fresh and salt water fishing trips, Suwannee River sightseeing trips, fresh water springs exploration and bay scalloping (seasonal-Steinhatchee, Fl.)
The Suwanee River provides many opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and water sports. The many springs in the area are available for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. This retreat in “The Last Wild Florida Frontier” offers the visitor many unique and varied experiences of a life time.
Steven O. Cascaddan (aka: Capt. Cas), the owner of the S.R.R. lodge, is a Coast Guard Certified Captain that conducts all guiding services as well as maintaining the lodge and apparel company.
