"I think the bad reviews are about the casino, which I didn't even go into, but the hotel was lovely! Based on the pictures, I expected to be underwhelmed, but the room was nice! The pictures really don't do it justice at all. The design and furnishings were nice. Everything was in good repair. It took us a couple days to realize there is another part of the parking lot that lets you take one elevator all the way up to the guest rooms, which makes a huge difference if you're coming and going. It did take 20 minutes to get into downtown Toronto, but it was so worth it to have a nice room at a great price!"

"Great hotel within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Subway is also close by if you are not driving. Liked the Market restaurant in the hotel for quick breakfast items and snacks. Concierge staff were super helpful!"
