"The rooms are clean, comfortable, and attractive. The dresser/TV cabinet in our room was a little wonky, but we’d definitely stay again if we had another early flight (we live an hour from the Memphis airport - and it had snowed!). The woman who staffs the front desk - by herself on weekdays - was charming and good-humored, despite really needing a second person for what appeared to be a busy hotel. Very fun Mexican restaurant next door, too. "

"Propert is lovely. Great check in experience. Only issue is thick sheets of ice on the street in front of the hotel, which can be dangerous. Given the extreme and unusual cold weather, i can't really fault the hotel for this, but it was a challenge. "

"Some construction and work on elevators was occurring but that didn’t create any significant issues. Paint smells in the lobby and elevators was strong. Always appreciate improvements! Staff very friendly and helpful. Thin walls so not super quiet "
