Only minutes away from several public fly-fishing access points on the Gallatin River, and a short drive to town, you aren't far from all of the wonderful recreational adventures Montana has to offer coupled with the convenience of town. Wi-Fi included. Two of the five bedrooms located on the third/top floor are gorgeous master suites. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, custom closet and a spa-like attached bathroom, each unique in their own way. One bathroom is shared with the main living and dining areas. On the second level there are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and custom closet. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. So easy to get around and get to all the wonderful options in Bozeman. The beds were comfortable, the showers terrific, decorations and furnishings were spot on and I would totally steal these ideas. Plenty of space and ease of use. Kitchen was well stocked with every type of pot pan and utensil we needed. Loved the sink and incredible oven especially. I highly recommend this location. I will say - difficult to find at night because we arrived way later than planned. It took us re-reading the directions twice, but did find it! Clean beyond belief. Most comfortable sheets and beds. The communication was superb. Location is a bit far out from Bozeman, but wasn't an issue for us (only 15 minutes). Séjour de 4 nuits en février 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jill L. 19 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful, well-appointed townhome for a big group This beautiful townhome is nicely appointed with very comfortable bedding and the kitchen on the top floor is very well appointed. It is nice to have 2 living areas when you have a big group. Two things that were a little disappointing: 1) there is a lock-off apartment at the ground level where you enter the townhome and the walls are pretty thin so you can heard everything in that unit and obviously they hear you coming and going and unlike renting a home, there are quiet hours so you don't disturb the neighbors - not that we are big partiers, but with a big group it is hard to keep everyone quiet. 2) the townhome is located in the middle of an industrial park where there are marijuana shops and the smell when we were there was very strong. Otherwise, the property is well-located at the turn-off to Big Sky and very close to everything that Bozeman has to offer and it's within walking distance to some great restaurants. ##### Jill L.
