An enjoyable home for your next visit to Northern Michigan.The house is brand new and its warm design will offer you a complete relaxation.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,perfect for three families.Equipped with a full kitchen ,bed linens and towels.Dead end location ,beautiful pond view from the balcony, in a really peaceful setting.Great place for any season.It is about 15 minutes away from Boyne Mountain and 10 minutes from Petoskey.In summer you can enjoy the warm community pool ,small beach ,a volleyball court,also the golf course within two minutes .Many wineries and breweries whitin 10-20 minutes.
You can ride the snowmobiles all the way to the head trail right from the house.
The perfect place to create lifetime memories with friends and family.

Clean! Comfortable and Unique!
Our family absolutely loved this unique house! EXTREMELY CLEAN! Beds and bedding are soft and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with every possible item needed to cook. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s a short drive to Nubs or Boyne resort. Our host was easy to contact and replied in minutes to any questions. Thank you Liana! We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem when we are in town again!

Great, fun place in a good middle spot
We loved the house. Decor was fun! The kids loved the pond and were catching fish, frogs and feeding the turtles. Very comfortable and a good midway point between Charlevoix and Mackinac. Boyne City is wonderful and we we highly recommend the art store and Sweetooth in Waloon for ice cream!

Perfect place to go to boyne and highlands
Great location between both resorts to ski for the weekend. Master bed was super comfortable after a day on the hill. We will be back for sure!

We loved the location. Everything was easy from booking to getting there, getting in, all of it. We loved the layout, the design, the decor, and especially the bedding = ). The kitchen was well appointed and convenient.. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. If you use Vrbo regularly, you can recognize the good owners by how they care for their properties. These are good folks. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great for a group
The house is situated in a neighborhood but is on a cul-de-sac with a lake/pond in the side yard and a forest in the back. It's decorated very weirdly but I feel like that added to the trip. The kitchen and dining are downstairs and there is a large living area upstairs that could fit everyone very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything needed. Would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Room to roam
We stayed in the area for our granddaughter's soccer tournament. Location was perfect, less than 15 minutes to the fields. Upstairs of the home offered our daughter and her family their own private area with a full bathroom. While my husband and I stayed on the main level allowing us to have our private bed/bathroom as well. Enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, quiet neighborhood. House had plenty of room to roam both indoors and outdoors.

Great place for a up north getaway!
Perfect spot for anyone who loves the outdoors. Within 30 minutes to lakes, skiing place and much more. Great for a family. Place was extremely clean and communication with owner was great. Would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect for us, inside was well updated with a lot of cool wooden features. Amenities were great. Kitchen well stocked. Great place all around. Very positive experience in this home from start to finish. I wish I had explored the nearby woods prior to the morning of my departure. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone that has knack for winter and summer outdoor activities (Boyne Mountain is minutes away).

Very clean property! Great location. The pond, beach, and woods are beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves. The decorations are very interesting and unique. Definitely would stay here again. Only recommendation is to have a few fans upstairs and chairs for the deck.

Home was beautiful and very unique. They had no cable for regular tv which was only a problem for my husband who watches the news and the Weather Channel but we found something on the NETFLIX to make him happy. Loved the firepit as we are campers. Would definitely recommend this house.

Unique Gem - Centrally Located
Our stay at this home was perfect for our golf vacation. The house was spotless and has been decorated so beautifully. Everything was so comfortable, clean and modern that we looked forward to spending quiet evenings relaxing after a day of exploring the quaint cities along the lake. The house was located perfectly to easily explore Boyne Falls, Petoskey and Charlevoix on a morning or day trip - we found it be an easy commute to any of these destinations. Nicely stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were at home. We would definately rent this home again and bring our family and friends, as there is ample room in this home for everyone to have their own space for relaxation.
