"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. "A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "

"This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all. "

"I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady."

"I booked a room with a balcony which unfortunately I didn't get to use as it was raining each night, but it would be brilliant in summer for a glass of wine when you get home. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic sleep. Area is nice and quiet at night. "I just came back from a conference for which I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is lovely hotel with beautiful decor and old world charm that I believe some people have called dated. The location is very convenient with a mall nearby and eateries everywhere around. The monorail leaves from the mall next door. I took the Link Lightrail from the airport which made the trip so smooth and easy and only $3. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with no noise from elevators or rooms next doors. Some outside sounds such as sirens could be heard at night. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators were fast and never busy. The staff are very kind and obliging, inquiring about any needs and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I went to Seattle. "
