"The property was perfect for our needs and the host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Everyone had their own, comfortable room (four adult men), the common areas were great, and it was conveniently located near all of the local distilleries and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a great meal, and even had sharp knives which is rare! We did find that Uber didn't work as well as we had hoped, and the local car service had an hour wait, so for future...

"Thus property was in a great location and neighborhood. Only downside was the trash can outside was overflowing and no room for our trash. I did tell the property manager but nothing was done about it. There was a big storm which blew the overflow trash allOver and we have to pick it up a couple of times. Other than that it was great! "We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. "The location of the cottage is perfect for a visit to many distilleries as well as things for a non-bourbon drinking wife to enjoy. Bardstown itself is a lovely town. "

"We were happy to have such a large house with four private bedrooms and queen/king sized beds in each of them! They have a nice big tv and a lot of seating, which was fun for our little get-together with friends to play games and watch sports.A minor complaint we had was the cleanliness. The dishwasher hadn't been run and the trash can was overflowing from the previous guests. But for the most part, the rest of the house seemed clean."
