The place is clean, however, the commutation of the place is super bad. They sent me separate email and ask my credit card information. Once I uploaded the information, they double charged me. The customer service was poor, I have the leave message and wait for them to give me a call

Modern, pristine, comfortable.
I only stayed one night. There was a maintenance problem that mildly affected my stay and I told the front desk, and he put a work order. The room was pristine and modern. It would be a great place for someone getting a medical treatment in Boston or a family visiting their college age kid in college.

Bra område och ren lägenhet som har allt förutom att alla tallrikar och bestick finns endast 4 st av så man måste ständigt diska om man är en familj. Fungerar som Airbnb det är alltså inget hotell så om ngt saknas så ska man ringa de och då kanske det åtgärdas dagen efter eller så.

Ho soggiornato in questo comodo appartamento. Ben equipaggiato e silenzioso. Dispone di tutti i comfort, molto pulito e in posizione ottima per girare la città. Mi hanno addebitato di più rispetto a quanto previsto da Hotels.com (ovviamente in dollari Usa) e ho dovuto pagare direttamente la società (che ha chiesto una foto della mia carta di credito). Non comunichi con nessuno se non per email e ti chiedono tutti i dati (compreso la copia della carta). Non funzionava wifi ma ci hanno dato la password del modem di un altro appartamento e abbiamo risolto.
