"I had the privilege of staying in 202 - what an incredibly stunning room. The property itself is very well located in a nice and safe neighborhood off the park. Although I never saw any of the staff, nor heard back from the property owner, we were fortunate enough to have no issues for the duration of our stay."

"It was located conveniently for shops and the park and the rooms and bedding were very clean. The cleaning staff kept on top of the communal bathrooms but the cleanliness would depend on the guests that used it in between the cleaning. The picture you see in the advert is not the rooms i looked at or stayed in. The rooms are a lots more worn with some dark decor and peeling wallpaper with worn carpeting in areas, not polished wood floors as seen in pictures. That said it is clean, fresh clean...

"Great location, great communication. Perfect place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. Expect it to be… rustic. Bring shower shoes for the shared bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. It’s a tiny space, but has everything you need if you’re not going to be in the room much. Overall, good experience. Just don’t go into it expecting the space to be perfect."

"Check in and out were both fast and easy thanks to the app. My only gripe is if you happen to be staying on the 4th floor like I did, be warned that there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor so you’ll hear chairs pulling in and out until they close at midnight, followed by what I’m assuming is a garbage or mop bucket rolling around for a few hours after that. The patio from the adjoined restaurant Althea can get a little noisy as well, but it does die down around 10pm. "

"This was a beautiful room in a great location. We were near Fenway Park, Boston Commons, and the T line. One block away was Newbury Street with plenty of shopping and restaurants. There was a park across the street where we could walk or relax. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"Beacon Hill is a good central location and about 30 minutes walk to the Convention Center. There’s a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. My room was small but fine for one person. Check in and out was easy. My only complaint was that there was no way to adjust the fan speed on the climate control and it was noidy but this was not a dealbreaker. "

"Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. "

"Our 2 bedroom apartment had an excellent view and was clean and spacious, shower had great water pressure. Overall having an apartment for our family for the weekend was awesome. "The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable…use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay. "

"Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. "
