"It was our first trip to Boothbay Harbor. The inn is well located across the narrow water bay from the downtown activities. There is a walking bridge right outside the inn which will get you into town in about 5 - 10 minutes. Great for picking up some breakfast items and sitting outside your room watching the water activity while you eat. The room itself wsa clean and user friendly. "This Bed & Breakfast is just delightful! My room was gorgeous and so comfortable. Check in was easy and the lady walked me to my room. I stayed in room 12 on the third floor which had easy stair access to the back parking lot which made it super convenient to bring up my suitcase. "The title and description are spot on, this is a vintage home with every amenity we needed for a long weekend exploring Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor. We only needed 3 bedrooms, so did not use the bunk beds tucked into the first floor alcove, and planned to spend most of our time out & about. It was a perfect location for us."

"My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

"It was our first trip to Boothbay Harbor. The inn is well located across the narrow water bay from the downtown activities. There is a walking bridge right outside the inn which will get you into town in about 5 - 10 minutes. Great for picking up some breakfast items and sitting outside your room watching the water activity while you eat. The room itself wsa clean and user friendly. The bed was soft, which we prefer and we both slept well. The price was reasonable for that area and time of year (mid-June). The only problem we had was finding the correct driveway to the office but it became funny when I kept missing it. We'd stay there again without hesitation."
