"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. "The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. "The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "
