Great summer vacation
Great second floor condo overlooking one of the pools. Very clean and quiet in the summer. The kids loved the big pool and waterfall. Close to Naples and Ft. Myers. Also there are great restaurants around the area. The location is within an easy driving distance to many different beaches. We would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation
This place had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. 2 pools and hot tubs, close proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants all around. There was a very large Iguana that came around a lot. My daughter named him Sunny. It was a great time and the beds were very comfy. Plus, there's pool/beach toys and chairs already there. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way
My mom, aunt, cousin, and I absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was great, it was well stocked with everything you could think of, and Tom was so easy to get in touch with and to have a conversation with. We loved relaxing by the pool the most and lounging on the screened in porch throughout the day. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Great Place!!
We had a great family stay!! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Just enough out of the way and just close enough to all major amenities and attractions. The condo had everything you can imagine for a beach outing and more! Both pools were fantastic! Kids are already asking to go back. Easy and great communication with Tom!

Fabulous stay
This was our second year staying at this property. It is beautiful and the pictures are accurate. Pool and tiki bare are great. The location can’t be beat. We rode bikes to the beach and I walked many miles daily on the Vanderbilt road trail The owner Tom is great and so easy to work with. We are coming back next winter! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
Our family of five had a wonderful summer vacation staying at this property in Bonita Village. So close to the beaches and so many great restaurants so nearby, it was hard to choose from one night to the next. Owner, Tom, was exceptional from start to finish. Checked in before, during and after our stay to make sure that everything was just as expected. And it was…and then some! Accommodations were perfect…and the pools and amenities were great for all ages. We will definitely be back next summer!

Exceptional!
This condo has it all! The location is perfect, and the condo is comfortable in every way! The placement of the rooms/bathrooms are great, as well as the convenience of the nearby elevator to the designated parking spot. The balcony stairs down to the pool are also fantastic. On top of that Tom and Lynn have provided every possible thing you could think of needing! I’ve stayed at many places that barely have salt and pepper never mind cabinets filled with so many comforts and items of home! Communication with Tom was wonderful and he’s a great guy! Check in and out was a snap as well. I would give 10 stars if there was an option!

Wonderful stay!
This condo was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed. We appreciated the newly-added workstation since hubby was working remote. The family room has a massive TV and although the seating was perfectly fine, the owner is expecting a new sectional soon, as well as master bedroom upgrades. The roomy screened-in lanai has a spiral staircase down to the pool. We loved that we didn’t need to use the interior public elevator. The entire property was clean and very well maintained, with kind and helpful staff. The two pools are heated, but not excessively. Another unexpected bonus was that the parking garage on the ground floor was surprisingly clean and well-lit. There are many good restaurants nearby and the Gulf is under 2 miles away, an easy bike ride. Our favorite destination was Dock’s Beach House for sunset and some quality drinks and snacks!
