Perfect for our group
Great VRBO, perfect size and layout for our group of 7. Location was steps from the beach! Boat rental 3 min walk away. Property Manager was prompt and helped us with all our needs. Would stay at this location again.

Great location and very close to the beach. House has all the amenities you want and expect.
Pool was great. Boat rental was 1/2 block away and those folks were great. Highly recommend that. All in all it’s 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay In Beautiful Bonita!
Nothing but good things to say about this property! Location is an excellent balance between the canal access and the beach. Had fun using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. Had 4 teenagers with us and they had plenty to do both at the house and in Bonita. Made a day trip to the Everglades for an air boat tour and went shopping in Naples. Doc’s Restaurant was excellent! Recommend the Sand Dollar Sliders and the Blackened Fish Sandwich! Property owner was very responsive. House was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen, grill, etc…) Highly recommend!!!

You can do better...
The house was okay, but not great. It was definitely older than the pictures would lead you to believe. No major issues, but you can do much better in this area. The property manager was a huge headache. They definitely tried to pile on the fees, and even tried to charge us for damage that we photo-documented upon our arrival. I would not recommend.

Family Labor Day Beach Weekend!
Bonita Springs is incredible and the house is absolutely perfect for a family gathering. Only issues was the listing of four bedrooms - it's definitely three, but we made it work! House was very clean and the pool and porch were awesome, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach! Would highly recommend this house, best VRBO we've stayed in yet...

The house did not provide you with basics like garbage bags or additional toilet paper. The little products that were there were cheap. The fan in main floor basement did not work. The whirlpool tub jets did not work. The ice maker was glitchy & the neighbor did not like when my kids where in the pool. She let her dog out to bark at them for a long time & then played music loudly to try and annoy us. We only allowed kids on pool from 10 am till 7 pm at the latest. For the positives- the location to the beach was great & the beach things there such as chairs were great.

Best Rental House in Bonita Springs
This home has 3 outstanding features. It is less than 5 minute walk to beach access #8. The saltwater pool and multilevel screened in lanai has everything you could want for outdoor gathering after a day at the beach. The home is beautifully decorated . We all loved it and would rent again no question. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

Bonita Springs in January.
Great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and temperature ready for us every day around noon. Lots of gathering areas. The upper level twin/trundle sleeping area does not have window coverings so the morning sun can be a problem. The unit was clean but could benefit from a deep clean - top of refrigerator, cabinets etc. The pool tiles are in need of minor repairs. Having the beach wagon, beach chairs and lots of beach towel was great. The wash machine was large capacity so laundering towels was easy. There was a lot of furniture available for small children, high chairs, cribs etc.

Girls weekend trip
This is the perfect house for a girls trip. The pool was refreshing and quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. We had a fun time. The beds were comfortable and great outdoor patio space

Amazing location and beautiful place!
This location is amazing and Bonita Springs is such a wonderful place! The house was very accommodating and perfect for our family of 8, including 2 small children. We loved having a private pool for afternoons after the beach and the view of the bay. The house had everything we could possibly need and made for the perfect beach getaway. It was so nice having the beach wagon to tote all of our stuff for the short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, I couldn’t give 5 stars because of the checkin process and all of the ridiculous rules. I have booked many homes on these rental sites and never have I had to deal with such a rude and excessive booking experience. Might just be the attitude of the property manager that made it seem so over the top. I get that it’s a very nice area and a lovely home, but renters shouldn’t be made to feel like they have to walk on egg shells. Just poor customer service. It’s very unfortunate because the place was amazing, but I will never book again with them because of the experience.

Great place, not so great manager...
This house was terrific! It was perfect for the size and make-up of our group. The pool was wonderful, larger than we expected; the walk to the beach was a quick 5 minutes, which was shorter than we expected from looking at the map. Nice beach access and was not crowded. The only negative we encountered was with the property manager, who was a bit on the rude side. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry a medium load of beach towels, so my adult daughter was stuck there longer than expected drying and folding the beach towels that belonged to the property as requested as part of the check-out process. She and her husband left the house around 10:15 after letting the cleaning crew in, but by then we were both getting texts from the property manager, continuing for the next hour. Not the best ending to our vacation. Then I received notice they were charging a credit card processing fee - why wasn't that included in the total up front? Not a good explanation from the manager. Hope we don't have to deal with them again!

Love the place - not the nickel and diming.
The place is amazing. Best possible location - 6 min walk to beach - pool - the sort of thing you expect for $400/night. Two experiences - after 20 stays in different house rentals - left me a little sour. My 100 pound daughter "broke" the handle to the sliding door by using it as it was supposed to be used. It obviously broke before, as it did not match it's partner. The doors were hard to open, as they extra wide. The handles cost $15 online and it took the gentleman 5 min to install it (who refused to wear a mask and groused about masks the whole time) with a screwdriver (yeah, i should have tried it myself but i'm on vacation and didn't pack a screwdriver) and the bill was $165. Then, later I get a bill charging me for the VISA 2% fee. Never seen that one before. So, after the vacation I spend another $325 dollars. All things considered it was a small amount of money but it was totally unnecessary after spending around 6K.

Family Christmas Vacation
Our family trip was excellent! The house was perfect for our 6 adults and a 1 year old. The area was quiet and safe without a lot of traffic. The house was very well equipped with towels, blankets, kitchen ware, and seating areas. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack-n-play, and a couple of jumpy seats. The pool was a nice addition, especially heated because the ocean was cool. We choose this house again.

Bonita Springs beauty
This is an excellent family home in a terrific location. The pool and lanai areas are wonderful. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Lots of bathroom towels, linens are good. The kitchen is small but adequate, so be aware if you like to cook. The living areas are large with excellent outdoor access and space. The 2 guest rooms are tight, but very workable. We appreciated all the baby equipment in the house. An easy walk to either beach access 7 or 8. The marina and boat rental just 2 blocks down the road was great. Would definitely return again.

Great family vacation!
We had a great time staying at the property. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The amazing Bonita Beach is right across the road! We had everything we needed for a great family getaway and our three young children had a blast playing on the beach, swimming in the pool and enjoying the sunshine. We will definitely be back next year!

Just as sweet the second time.....
I think every year we stay at this property our trip gets better. It has everything you need. A quick trot to the beach, a pool and a perfect location between FMB and Bonita beach. Hickory Bay is a hidden gem and this house just makes the experience that much better. I don't know if we could stay anywhere else. We really have discovered a flawless vacation spot. All you need are groceries and sun tan lotion and you're gtg.

Great Home & Vacation !
We had a great vacation at this home. Bonita Beach was our fiest visit and the beach is wonderful. Beautiful blue clear warm water. We were able to watch the fireworks from Naples & Fort Myers from the beach they were in the distance but still great. Lots of shells on the beach. The home furnished a beach buggy and beach chairs for are daily visit to the beach. Cooler on wheels. Beach was a short walk. The homes kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool was a delight everyday after our day at the beach. The outside decks seating accommodated our family for cook out dinners. Restaurants & Shopping is all very close . We rented a Pontoon boat just down the street and visit all the many islands in the back waters behind the home. The kids fished off the boat dock. Cant wait to visit again !

Great Vacation
The home was perfect for our family. We had a great time and the beach is beautiful and a short walk. Sunsets are beautiful. It was nice to have the pool at the end of our beach day to cool off. Home is very clean and well appointed. We cant to come back ! Beautiful weather.
