The unit is great! The beach is great! It is discounted, but there is a reason it is discounted. There is some construction on every building. This one is mostly complete. The tennis court area is a disaster.

Everyday was was just like the day before..well appointed 10th floor unit..one could see the beautiful vistas for miles. Perfect location
Our vacations in Bonita Springs are for relaxing on the beach, reading books, and drinking cocktails. This condo is located in walking distance to Doc's beach bar, where we relax on their beach recliners under their umbrellas, watch parasailing and jet skiers, then walk the other direction to Coconut Jacks, for happy hour sitting outside on the deck. If you prefer, you can use the condo's pool and tennis courts. It is also a great neighborhood to take morning walks.

To be honest, the pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful condo they have here. Very clean with everything you can need and more. Above the actual stay, Dave and Sharon we’re extremely kind and responsive answering all my questions through email and phone. I would truly encourage anyone to stay here- I’d go back in a minute!

Studio apartment has everthing you need - anything you need to cook, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beautiful views. Bikes available. Barefoot Beach is right across the street or a great pool for a quick dip.
