"My stay at Comfort Inn was great until checkout. I was told that I had to pay $9.97 unpaid tax because I booked through Expedia. One day after check-out, and returning both card keys, I received a bill from Comfort Inn for $157.97 for an additional day's stay. I was furious. When I called Comfort Inn I was told I stayed an extra day. I told them that I had returned both keys. They said there was no manager on duty and couldn't do anything about it. They texted the manager and told me I would be contacted the following Monday. I told them that I'd be flying back to New York state and might not be available. One day later the additional charge was removed. The issue was resolved satisfactorily, but nevertheless was unnerving. "

"The hotel was beautiful. They offered complimentary rides to the villages. The room was lovely with plenty of room. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. "

"The property is always warm, clean, and friendly. The price is very high because of the huge $ gouging in the area for ski lodging. Great pool and jacuzzi! Compared to the other hotels I've stayed throughout my Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico travels, I'd say that they are due some upgrades. As a compared to, it's too expensive for the value."
