"When we arrived, we were greeted with the housecleaner. We were told untruth of him being unaware of our arrival time. My husband asked his name and was able to show him that he in fact was on the text feed that clearly stated our arrival time. The house inside and out was disgracefully unkept, & dirty with cobwebs throughout the house, windows and screen were filthy as well as all outside furniture which was in such poor disrepair, as well the deck so bad they could not be used. "We stayed here for a couple of days while exploring Boston. It’s only 10 minutes from the subway station. The road is somewhat busy, but that didn’t bother us at all. We enjoyed the trails at Whipple Hill as well."

"This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again. "

"Came from out of town with friends to enjoy a music festival at the Palladium. Location was easy to find and accesible to shops/food. Apartment was easy to access around back side. In our case we walked up the driveway as the gate was locked. Safe second floor apartment. Bed were clean, and rooms spacious. Only thing that was inconvenient the missing handle from the freezer door. "
