"It was a fantastic place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and undoubtedly we will return if we visit Bologna again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is because the shower didn’t have sufficient hot water one morning. Often, this would bother me more but because everything else was SO good, it paled into insignificance!! The staff were also particularly accommodating and hospitable. Many thanks!"

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The is parking for an additional fee, it's very tight and I had to be very careful to get in and out. However, a hotel staff was there to provide guidance which was a big help. "Cute hotel, in walking distance from the historic city centre. The hotel itself was very stylishly decorated. The spa and jacuzzi etc were for an extra fee and booking needed to be made to use these. This was not clear in the information. The area is not the nicest of the city, a bit run down and dirty. The room was also a bit old but the decoration was cute and vintage. No complain about cleanliness."
