"This was a last minute booking and a great price for our group. A few things I'll point out the yard was not kept up.It looks like they had storm damage and everything was still down the yard was not able to be used at all.The coffee pot was not there luckily we brought our own.The pool was cloudy and I had to clean the bugs out when we got there. "This immaculate home in a setting among horse and cattle ranches is all Texas. Communication with host Charles was fast and accurate. Very clean. Well stocked. Close enough to the towns of Pilot Points and Aubrey to run errands with ease. We loved our week-long stay and we're only sorry we had to leave that beautiful place. Our guests were wowed, too. The shaded patio is a natural for entertaining in sight of a pasture of grazing longhorns. TV over the fireplace looks to be a 95-incher....

"Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for my husband & I and our two grown sons. House is updated and very clean. Great backyard with sitting areas and nice amount of shade. WiFi signal was strong, TV’s were easy to navigate. Most importantly, the host was very easy to work with and helped me navigate a couple issues I was having with the VRBO app & my email. Definitely recommend this house and we would stay here again if we are ever back in the area."

"Thanks for the lovely accommodations . The peace and quiet were a perfect complement to my Brother’s Wedding events. We were able to utilize our stay for a good night rest post July 3rd Wedding. While staying in the house, my Father noticed a hole that was in shape of a door knob (that was painted over with grey paint) behind the hallway entrance door. We were preoccupied with the Wedding and forgot to report it immediately. I’ll be happy to share a photo. Thanks again!"
